NEWS FEBRUARY 2007 Changes are afoot at www.timbooth.co.uk. The site will become a fansite from today, although it will feature regular input from Tim. Tim has made the following statement regarding his solo activities in light of the recent announcements about James reforming : "I’m half way through an album already. There will be an album of Tim Booth material with other songwriters that I’ve been working with. Lee and KK again, and hopefully some with Phillip Shepherd who did the Manchester Passion, who I got close to and have a really good relationship with." A brand spanking new website will be launched to coincide with the album launch. Timing is obviously very dependent on what happens next with James. As a result of the changes, the messageboard here has been disabled and a Tim Solo section established at www.oneofthethree.co.uk (the james fansite run by this webmaster). The main reason for this is the large amount of admin of spam that was being increasingly required on this site's board and the James activity. Apologies to regular posters but at some point we hope to re-establish it. JANUARY 2007 Tim will be rejoining James in early 2007 for a series of live shows to be announced very soon. More details will be posted on the official James site www.jamestheband.com (which is due to be revamped) and fansite www.oneofthethree.co.uk. APRIL 8 2006 Tim is playing the role of Judas in BBC3's Manchester Passion, a recreation of the story of Easter set to the music of Manchester. The show will be broadcast live on BBC 3 in the UK from 9pm on Good Friday, April 14.
